For most occasions, we usually recommend serving our pizzas buffet style on our hatch.  This way your guests can enjoy all the theatre of the wood fired oven and live cooking  experience, whilst grazing on slices of all the different toppings on offer.  

Menu prices listed below are ‘per person’, and based on a buffet style service on our hatch,  we’ll keep the slices flowing for the duration of the serving period.  

A flat hire/set up charge of £200 is also applicable per booking. This covers travel to The  Hidden Hive, biodegradable plates, cutlery, serviettes, and staffing for buffet style service  on our hatch.

The main attraction…

Cheesy Garlic Bread 

Original pizza crust with lashings of garlic butter, oozy mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, and a classy  drizzle of balsamic glaze. 

Queen Margherita 

Our delicious San Marzano tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella,  

parmigiano reggiano and fresh basil leaves. 

Pepperoni 

Generous helpings of pepperoni and cheeky little roquito pepper pearls 

Veggie Wedgie 

A colourful delight of sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms and red onion. 

Spicy Spaniard 

Succulent chicken paired with slices of spicy chorizo,  

jalapeno peppers and manchego cheese. 

The Med 

Peppers, pesto and goats cheese with a scattering of wild rocket leaves. 

The Forester 

Spinach, caramelised onion chutney, mushrooms and garlic oil, finished with cracked black pepper. Great  as it is as a veggie option, or also delicious with the addition of succulent chicken. 

Smokin’ Hot Honey 

Smoked sausage, spicy chorizo and red onion,  

finished with mouth-watering chilli infused honey.  

Posh Prosciutto 

Silky prosciutto ham and mushrooms with a scattering of wild rocket leaves. 

Garlic Shroom 

Chunky slices of mushroom, with homemade garlic oil,  

and a crispy pine nut and parsley pangrattato (breadcrumb) topping. 

BBQ Chick 

Succulent chicken, sweetcorn and red onion, with a good drizzle of smoky BBQ sauce. 

Swineapple 

Yes… we are on ‘team pineapple’! Classic ham and pineapple, but with our little twist…  a delicious sprinkle of jerk seasoning. 

Double Cheese & Onion 

Shredded leeks, caramelised onion chutney, mozzarella and Red Leicester cheeses. 

Or… create and name your own pizza! 

We are always happy to hear your own favourite topping combinations and be a bit experimental. You  could even come up with a name for your own signature pizza! 

Vegan cheese and gluten free bases available on request.

Canapes:

Handed out to your mingling guests by our attentive staff. 

Pick a minimum of 3 for each of your guests. £1.80 per canape, per person. 

Mediterranean skewers of olive or dried tomato with mozzarella (half of each) Milano salami and mozzarella rolls 

Tomato, basil and balsamic bruschetta 

Fig chutney, soft goats cheese and thyme bruschetta 

Ricotta and garlic mushroom bruschetta

Sharing Boards:

Served to dining tables or displayed as a banquet. 

£10 per person. 

A selection of the finest Italian meats, cheeses and antipasti, served on platters with plenty  of ciabatta and focaccia bread slices to go with them. Perfect as a starter, or alternative  option for the evening reception at a wedding, when we’ve served pizza in the day.

Build your own bruschetta board:

A selection of vegetable, cheese and cured meat bruschetta toppings, served alongside plain  bruschetta toasts for guests to ‘build their own’. Includes 3 bruschetta per person. See  separate menu for more information.  

£8 per person.

Sides:

In large sharing bowls, for your guests to help themselves alongside slices of pizza. 

Rocket, parmesan and tomato salad with a balsamic and olive oil dressing. £1 Homemade classic coleslaw. £1 

Homemade pear and maple slaw. £1.50 

Homemade seedy slaw with a selection of seeds and a cumin, lemon & garlic sauce. £1.50 Homemade skin-on potato and chive salad. £2 

Roasted Mediterranean veg and pesto pasta salad. £2

Desserts:

We have a number of dessert options including individual cheesecakes, brownies,  doughnuts and sweet treat grazing boards tailored to your requirements.  Get in touch to discuss ideas, options from £3 per person.

Extra Information:

Please note that there is a minimum spend requirement of £1200 to secure a booking,  and a minimum guest number of 75.  

 A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, and  the remaining balance no later than one calendar month before the date of the event.
